Project Manager
Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the KTU, Master’s Degree in Economics and Management from the KSNU. In 2006, Mr. Turdubay successfully graduated from the University of British Columbia and Sauder School of Business Executive Education (Project Management ).
In addition, he has completed several upgrading engineering program at BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology), Banking and Finance Program at Singapore National University, and continuing education programs in UK, Pakistan and Egypt.

25 years of electrical engineering, project management and senior management (President & C.E.O) experience in Canada & Central Asia.
In Canada, Mr.Turdubay worked for Stantec Consulting Ltd, Angus Consulting Management Ltd and K&C Electric Contractors Ltd as an Electrical Designer, Maintenance /Project Manager and Senior Project Manager respectively. He has completed more than 50 various projects on time and within budget in Canada & Central Asia.
His working experience in Central Asia includes all career steps from the position of an Electrical Engineer to the position of the President& C.E.O of a Kyrgyz Republican Electrical Contractors (EPC and Maintenance) Corporation. Also, Mr. Turdubay worked as a Director General (C.E.O) of the Kyrgyz Eastern Power Distributing Corporation, and he was a board member of Directors of National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan (NEGK) and Kyrgyz Eastern Power Distributing Corporation.

Andrey Mozuliov.
Director of Finance and Business Consulting.
MBA (Corporate Finance in 2010) from the Texas Christian University, USA. Master’s degree (2001) in Economics from the St. Petersburg State University, Russia.

Mr. Andrey Mozuliov has more than 11 years experience in accounting, financial analysis, and financial management in Central Asia, USA, and Canada. He worked for the Neeley & Associates Consulting, USA as a consultant, Wimm Bill Dann Foods as a Regional Director of Finance in Central Asia, DANIDA as a Financial Manager, Carana Corporation-USAID as a Financial Consultant and Kyrgyz Agribusiness Company as a Consolidation Accountant.
He directly participated in implementing International Accounting Standards (IFRS) in Kyrgyzstan, and has a hand-on experience in managing financial functions for multi-national corporations operating in retail and manufacturing sectors. Andrey has excellent training skills, and he worked as a "MS Excel for Business" Trainer, Statistics Tutor for MBA students at the Neeley School of Business, TCU (USA), and "Finance for Non-Financiers" Trainer at the Wimm Bill Dann Foods. Furthermore, Mr. Mozilov has been a member of the Board of Business Advisors at the American University in Central Asia.
Mrs. Elina Supatay.
Director of Education and Training .
Master Degree in Education (2009) from the University of Montana, USA.
Diploma with honors, English Language and Literature (2005) from Bishkek Humanities University.

Mrs. Supatay has more than five years experience in teaching English as Second Language at a University and high schools. She has developed good teaching methodology and interactive study method for adult students. In addition to teaching students from the Middle East, Africa, Philippines, China and other countries, she also does a lot volunteering works. Mrs. Supatay has volunteered at the United Nations Development Programme in Kyrgyz Republic, Lewis & Clark Elementary School, 4th Grade, Missoula, MT, USA, and at present time she is volunteering as an ELSA tutor .

Mr. Kurman Shabdan.
Consultant, Architecture and Interior Designing.
Master’s degree in Architecture (1983) from the Kyrgyz State Technical University.

Mr. Shabdan has extended experience in the field of Architectural and Interior Design. His main design experience is in residential, public and industrial building areas. As an Architect, Mr. Kurman has as excellent knowledge on Russian and Kyrgyz building codes and regulations. He started his career, in 1989, as a Junior Architect at the Architecture and Planning Department of the City Municipality of Osh. From 1990 to 1998 he worked for the Bishkek (capital city of Kyrgyz Republic) city municipality’s Architecture and City Planning Department as a Chief of a City Interior Design Division, Architect and City Interior Designer. In 1998, he was promoted to the position of the Vice –Chairman of Bishkek city Architecture and City Planning Department. From 1998 to 2006 Mr. Shabdan led the City Board of Development and Planning. In 2006, he founded an independent Architectural and Interior Design Company. Mr. Shabdan has completed about 25 large and more than 35 medium and small size projects.

Dr. Adyl Sharshen.
Consultant , Natural and LPG Gas.
Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (1987) from the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (Moscow Institute of Civil Engineering named after V.V. Kuibyshev - until 1993), Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Kyrgyz State Technical University.

Dr. Adyl Sharshenhas more than 30 years experience in natural and LPG gas supply industry, including engineering, construction and maintenance activities. He worked as a Senior Engineer, Operations Manager, Branch Principal Engineer, Corporation Vice President and Director General & C.E.O of the Kyrgyz Natural and Liquid Gas Distribution Corporation. He managed and supervised 10 large EPC projects. He also has solid government and private business work experience in Kyrgyz Republic being the Director of the State Anti-Monopoly Policy Department, Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Kant Cement” and Vice –President of the Kyrgyz Hydro.
